The Farm House built (circa 1905) 

As you enter the home you will find a spacious open concept room consisting of a large eat in kitchen and living room. A full height stone fireplace encapsulates a wood burning stove that accents the space and creates a focal point in the room. The Kitchen retains the original wood burning oven with its large over extended arch complimented with traditional Portuguese tiles. The French doors off the kitchen extended the entertaining area onto the covered patio area. The outdoor space is equipped with a utility sink and accent lighting for use at any hour. In the living room you ‘ll find a comfortable couch and a modern LED smart tv along with highspeed internet with extended range to the outdoors. There are three stylishly decorated bedrooms in the home. The bedrooms are comprised of two full size double beds along with two single beds large enough for adults or children. All three bedrooms have a set of French doors leading to the outdoors with beautiful views of the Pico Alto and the north side ocean. Directly through the traditional archway you will find the modern bathroom with a stone-faced curb less shower stall. The shower is equipped with a top-down rain shower head and a top side window for view of the surrounding landscaping. Finally, the outdoor hot-water shower is traditionally built with native stone and a rustic wooden window and door. The ranch is only a short 10min drive to Sao Laurenco beach and a 20 min drive to the center of town or the main beach town of (Pria Formosa). The farm is secluded enough for private retreats but close enough to the center of town and all major points.

 The Ranch

Situated on over 20+Acres of farmland and lush landscaped gardens. Enjoy the beautiful scenic views of the mountain side and North Sea from the double French doors of your bedroom. A short walk up to the vegetable garden is a panoramic view of the deep blue ocean to East. The farm is fully functional along with sheep, chickens, ducks, peacocks and horses. Farm fresh eggs are a daily item along with seasonal veggies. Our resident cats will sometimes greet you at the gate to welcome you in. You will also find a duck pond and a large freshwater fish basin in the center of the yard with local carp who are always happy to be fed by visitors. Enjoy fresh fruit and veggies when in season from our ever-expanding farmland. The two vegetable gardens expand over one acer and grow over 15 varieties of vegetables and herbs seasonally. There are also various breeds of cattle grazing in the fields throughout the year in the adjacent pastures.
